What I'm looking for

I’m targeting a Business Development Representative role where I can apply account-based prospecting, executive engagement, and structured lead development to drive growth.

At Agile1Tech Corporation, I directed federal business development and capture operations supporting DOD, DISA, and GSA-aligned modernization initiatives. My work included opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, win themes, and proposal coordination.

I expanded the pipeline by 70% through market research, GovWin and SAM.gov tracking, and CRM optimization across 500+ federal contacts. I also launched the Federal Partner Program and secured three strategic alliances generating $2.1M in first-year contract revenue.

At Visionworks of America, I increased sales by 23–27% over four consecutive years through data-driven performance management and cross-location collaboration. I’m now targeting a Business Development Representative role where I can apply account-based prospecting, executive engagement, and structured lead development.
