What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, identity and access management, or cybersecurity role where I can resolve user issues, strengthen access controls, support secure operations, and continue growing my technical skills.

I'm currently supporting Nova Southeastern University as an IT Client Support Tech II, resolving incidents and service requests through phone, email, chat, remote, and in-person support.

I've troubleshot hardware, software, network, operating system, and user account issues while documenting resolutions in ServiceNow to reduce user disruption. Previously, at HCA Healthcare, I supported user access, security policy enforcement, technical documentation, and information security objectives.

As a former U.S. Marine with more than nine years of customer-focused operational experience, I bring discipline, accountability, and adaptability to IT support, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and identity and access management work.
