What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Technician (System Analyst) supporting SOUTHCOM in a DoD environment, where I help execute daily tasks to mass provision Dell VDIs and install them across the region. I troubleshoot VMware and Dell Wyse issues tied to day-to-day VDI use, and I apply security principles under the Risk Management Framework to maintain compliance with applicable security regulations.
Previously, I worked as an Enterprise Service Desk - Tier 2 Technician, maintaining and modifying procedures to resolve technical problems across Windows computer systems and programs. Each day, I collaborated with other technicians to deliver high-level operations and documentation, using tools including ServiceNow, CISCO ISE, and PowerShell.
My background is reinforced by a Cybersecurity Certificate (including paths toward CompTIA Security+, CySA+, (ISC)2 SSCP, Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate, and more), and I currently possess a Secret clearance from the DoD. I also bring strong people-first service from earlier patient access work, where I stayed calm and helped patients coordinate care across multiple medical departments—an approach I carry into technical support and incident resolution.
