What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, desktop support, identity and access, or cybersecurity-focused role where I can resolve user issues, strengthen secure access practices, and continue growing my technical skills.

At Palm Beach State College, I support students, faculty, and staff across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, enterprise applications, and campus systems.

I manage 30–60+ daily TeamDynamix tickets, documenting triage, resolution steps, and escalation paths. I resolve password resets, MFA failures, account lockouts, Active Directory checks, distribution groups, and role-based access requests.

I image laptops, configure workstations, install peripherals, and provide onsite, phone, and Splashtop remote support for hardware, software, network, and device-configuration issues.

I bring a security-focused approach to support by protecting account access, guiding users through safe remediation, escalating higher-risk incidents, and documenting recurring issues to reduce preventable tickets. I'm building on my A.S. in Computer Programming while pursuing a B.S. in Information Management.
