I’m a Sales Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their work goals, and matching talent to meaningful contract-based opportunities. I bring a sales mindset and clear communication to every conversation.
In my recent role as Sales Recruiter at Alku, I spoke to consultants by phone to determine current work status and future work goals, placed consultants on contract-based projects, and acquired leads on opening positions across different companies. I’m comfortable driving outreach and keeping placements moving toward the next step.
Before recruiting, I built strong customer-facing and fulfillment experience through retail and campus roles—helping customers find the right sneaker options, answering questions, checking people into the gym, and fulfilling online orders for BOPIS at Target. I learned to solve everyday problems quickly, especially when inventory or timing created friction.
I’m also actively developing my broader project and program skills through my education (Master of Project Management, expected December 2027). I’ve applied design thinking in a team competition, creating a prototype marketing campaign and community event, and I’ve led program planning as President of Teen Soyo with logistics and financial oversight.
