What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead mission-driven operations and people programs—coaching leaders, strengthening recruitment and retention, and building sustainable community partnerships through clear strategy, training, and measurable results.

I’m a nonprofit director with extensive experience leading operations, volunteer management, leadership development, recruitment strategy, and stakeholder engagement. I build high-impact member experiences by pairing individualized coaching with practical operational support.

As Director of Fraternity Services, I manage development, operations, and support for a portfolio of 25 fraternity chapters and volunteer teams across geographic regions. I recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers, maintain relationships with more than 400 stakeholders, and coordinate engagement initiatives like campus visits, leadership programming, volunteer trainings, and strategic planning sessions.

Previously, I served as Associate Director of Fraternity Growth, where I supervised and mentored a team of three Chapter Development Consultants. I supported a portfolio of five chapters with customized growth strategies, developed recruitment and retention action plans, helped lead a Day of Giving campaign exceeding $100,000, and contributed to hiring an average of eight staff members through full-cycle recruitment.

Earlier, I coordinated chapter development for 18 fraternity chapters representing more than 1,500 members across multiple states, advising leaders on finance, recruitment, leadership development, event management, risk management, communication strategies, and member relations. Before that, as a Program Coordinator at Wittenberg University, I increased student engagement by coordinating campus programming averaging more than 700 attendees per month, and I developed onboarding and training curriculum for student planning teams.
