What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead donor care or operations at a mission-driven organization—driving strategic fundraising and operational modernization through clear communication, strong systems, and measurable performance improvements.

I lead strategic planning and execution of multi-faceted fundraising events for 75–200 attendees, directing end-to-end operations, vendor and contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. I use Asana to manage complex timelines and deliver seamless, on-budget execution, while designing branded digital event experiences with OneCause and Canva.

In my Director of Administration role, I provide strategic oversight of Accounting, Gift Processing, and Human Resources, improving cross-department workflows and strengthening team alignment. I modernized operations by implementing a digital performance management system, enhancing employee training and internal communications, strengthening IT security, and migrating to Microsoft SharePoint to centralize knowledge and improve collaboration.

Earlier, as a Corporate Operations Supervisor, I provided operational leadership for 13 behavioral health centers with 250 employees. I analyze key performance indicators to drive clinic performance, implement data-informed growth strategies, and develop company-wide policies that strengthen consistency and accountability.

I bring a professional ethos rooted in strategic planning, efficient communication, operational excellence, and technical proficiency—so teams can move faster, work smarter, and stay aligned with organizational goals.
