Aaron Kuhnert

I’m a PMP- and PMI-ACP-certified project, program, and operations leader with 20+ years directing cross-functional initiatives, budgets, facilities, teams, and organizational change. I bring structured planning, stakeholder alignment, risk awareness, and executive communication to complex work—turning strategy into reliable execution.

I’ve led major delivery efforts including a $2.5M, 24,000-square-foot facility acquisition and renovation and an annual operating budget of approximately $600K. I scaled an organization from 22 to more than 450 participants by building the teams, programs, communications, facilities, and operating systems required for sustained growth.

Operationally, I’ve managed governance, change, and recurring execution across teams, vendors, logistics, and schedules—while keeping leadership and stakeholders aligned as priorities shift. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I redesigned staffing, facilities, technology use, and service delivery to move online and outdoors while maintaining more than 95% participant retention.

I also lead people development—building recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching systems that developed more than 100 leaders—and provide executive coaching and organizational consulting across multi-organization networks. Currently, I’m serving as a Business Development & Strategic Projects Manager, developing referral pathways, designing a member ambassador program, and coordinating facility improvements.
