I’m a strategic operations and community engagement professional with 10+ years of experience leading complex projects, supporting executive leadership, and improving organizational effectiveness across nonprofit, educational, hospitality, and corporate environments.
In my most recent role as Division Coordinator, Central Division (ADL), I managed operational coordination and administrative support across a sixteen-state division, translating leadership priorities into clear, repeatable execution. I led planning and logistics for division-wide meetings, leadership retreats, trainings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement events—while also serving as a trusted resource for complex operational challenges.
