What I'm looking for

Looking for a role in strategy, business growth or product development where the thinking matters as much as the results. I work well remotely and in fast moving environments, and I am most energised when I am close to real decisions and helping build something better.

I come from a sales and relationship management background, but what's always driven me is the thinking behind the numbers. Why a strategy works, where a product falls short and how a business can grow differently.

Most recently as a Wealth Manager, I've been hitting 40M PKR a month against a 20M target, working with mass affluent and HNW clients across mutual funds and capital market instruments. Before that, I managed HNW relationships across wealth, credit, and bancassurance, and in an inside sales role I was generating $30K+ per quarter against an $18K target. I also led service changes that moved customer retention from 60% to 71%.

But the part of those roles I've always gravitated toward is the strategic side. How do we position this better? What does the client actually need that we're not offering yet? How do we build something that scales?

That's the kind of work I want to do more of, in strategy, business growth, or product development, ideally somewhere that values someone who understands clients and commercial reality as much as frameworks and decks.
