I help with plugin installation, API key generation, data imports, and storefront implementation, including designs generated with AI tools. I also lead onboarding sessions via Google Meet and carry implementation plans through to completion.
At Market Insight Media, I managed the client success lifecycle for a portfolio of 200+ clients across three platforms. I redesigned the client benefits structure and lifecycle timeline, and partnered with a product software engineer to implement Monday.com reports for tracking renewals and retention.
At Causeway Capital Management, I managed institutional client reporting, including monthly and quarterly performance reports, questionnaires, and portfolio presentations. I also produced performance attribution reports using FactSet and collaborated with software engineers on the firm’s Client Service Portal rollout.
