At Immobiliare.it group, I joined the Croatian team as its first employee and take agency clients from kickoff through implementation and go-live. I configure API and XML feed integrations, map and import listing data from clients’ CRM systems, and support their setups after launch.

I manage approximately 170 integrations and a portfolio of 210 agency clients. When issues arise, such as incorrect listing locations or failed data syncs, I work with engineering to resolve them and turn client requests into clear Jira tickets.

I’ve guided clients through a stricter national real estate agency law and trained colleagues on Salesforce after the migration from Einstein. I also tested Nekretnine.hr and the new Crozilla.com version before launch, reporting bugs and UI/UX issues, and led localization of Nekretnine.hr.

Through my independent AI-assisted product projects, I built and shipped SafeJourney, an installable Android safety app for solo runners, hikers, and cyclists. I’m also developing AccountAI, an assistant for B2B account managers that drafts emails, creates tasks, and flags at-risk accounts for human approval.
