I’m seeking a customer service/support role where I can apply CRM expertise, improve processes, mentor teammates, and grow into leadership within a collaborative, metrics-driven team.

I am a dedicated customer service professional with experience handling inbound and outbound support across email, live chat and phone. I use Zoho Desk, Salesforce and HubSpot to manage tickets and track resolutions.

At Alpha Intelligent Co, I reduced process inconsistencies and trained team members while maintaining performance metrics using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
