I seek a customer-facing role using CRM and communication skills to resolve issues, boost satisfaction, and grow into mentorship or data-informed support roles within a collaborative company.

I am a customer service professional who attends to customer complaints, requests, and queries, communicates feedback professionally, and logs interactions in CRM to ensure resolution and track outcomes. I engage in campaigns to provide quick resolutions and reduce average handling time while maintaining strong customer engagement and empathy.

I also taught Business Studies and Commerce at the secondary level, demonstrating clear communication and instructional skills, and hold certifications in Data analysis with Microsoft Excel and Fundamentals of digital marketing.
