What I'm looking for

I seek remote entry-level IT support or help desk roles where I can apply technical troubleshooting, team collaboration, and grow into cybersecurity-focused responsibilities.

I am a B.S. Cybersecurity student at Full Sail University (Class of 2027) with over 17 years of leadership managing multi-million-dollar technology and operational projects. I combine hands-on IT support experience with broad program and team management to deliver reliable results.

My background includes Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace administration, Active Directory user account management, ERP and inventory systems, and on-site infrastructure work including network and telecommunications cabling.

I have led provisioning and modernization efforts across dozens of schools and hundreds of projects, designed a 1:1 laptop instructional suite, and coordinated cross-functional teams to complete large initiatives on time and within scope. I have been recognized for outstanding performance and awarded for leadership and execution.

I am seeking remote entry-level IT support, help desk, or technical support roles where I can apply my problem-solving, communication, and technical skills while advancing my cybersecurity education and certifications.
