What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Trust & Safety / content quality role where I can scale reliable labeling and QA, strengthen guidelines and rubrics, drive inter-rater reliability, and use Generative AI and reporting to reduce escalation time and improve enforcement quality.

I’m a Trust & Safety professional with 7+ years building and maintaining ground truth and golden datasets, authoring content guidelines and rubrics, and driving QA and inter-rater reliability across large-scale review and labeling operations at Meta and Microsoft-affiliated programs.

I diagnose labeling disagreements, apply strong editorial judgment to ambiguous and edge-case content, and translate content/quality data into clear reports for product, engineering, and policy stakeholders. I also run root-cause analysis and calibration to improve label quality across teams of 20+.

In my recent role as an Escalation Specialist – Trust and Safety, I built ground-truth quality standards for Legal Operations, Content Policy, Risk & Compliance, Investigations, and IP enforcement on Meta’s CENTRA tool.
