I’m available for flexible schedules, including evening, night and weekend shifts, and I’m comfortable working remotely or on-site.

At Green Crest Limited / Enterprise Trust Insurance Brokers, I managed 300 client accounts and responded to more than 10 daily inquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, with response times under five minutes.

I resolved complaints by de-escalating concerns and following up, and supported claims processing, invoicing and reconciliation. I also maintained client databases and prepared operational and compliance reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

At SanlamAllianz Nig. Insurance, I recruited, onboarded and supported 10 sales agents, surpassed the ₦36M year-to-date sales target, and personally managed about 100 clients. Across the agent team, more than 400 clients were served.

At Cornerstone Insurance Plc, I recruited, trained and supervised nearly 20 agents and won over 50 new clients for the unit. I’m completing Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce training and building my data analysis skills.
