I am a certified IT support professional with CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), SC-900, and Google IT Support & Cybersecurity certificates, currently studying Computer Science at University of the People.

Earlier roles include security work where I enhanced site safety through proactive monitoring and emergency response, and hands-on customer-facing support at an internet café assisting with connectivity, printing, and device issues.
