I'm transitioning into IT support and cybersecurity, building on hands-on customer service, administration, and problem-solving experience. I'm currently working toward CompTIA A+ and plan to continue with CompTIA Security+ and related certifications.

At Mabalingwe Game Reserve, I manage guest check-ins, reservations, enquiries, data entry, payment processing, and computer-based booking systems while resolving concerns calmly in a busy environment.

I've also managed a dog parlour and worked in confectionery production, where I developed accuracy, time management, team communication, hygiene standards, and the ability to prioritise work under pressure.
