What I'm looking for

Looking to join a fully remote company with a great culture and room to grow and further studies. They should value work/life balance and be open to embracing new technologies. Simple processes and transparency is key for me.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to positive business results through effective organization, prioritization and follow-through of key organizational projects. I have 5 years of experience as an IT support/support engineer, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes extensive experience with both Windows and MacOS, Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft365, ConnectWise, HaloPSA and N-Able

In my previous roles, I have honed my ability to provide both remote and onsite support to clients in an MSP environment, ensuring that their IT systems are always running smoothly. I am also experienced in providing IT support across different countries as this was required from previous work experience.
