I’m looking for project and operations work where I can manage client accounts end-to-end—owning scheduling, budgets, and vendor coordination—while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and delivering smoothly from scope through final delivery.

I manage full project lifecycles for client accounts, handling scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery tracking—then keeping everything on track with proactive status reporting and issue resolution.

At The Sliding Door Company, I coordinated design, operations, fabrication, and installation teams, negotiated vendor and client contracts, and managed change orders as scope shifted through each project.

Earlier, as a Project Coordinator at Amighini Architectural, I served as the main point of contact for architects, general contractors, and homeowners, coordinating custom steel window and door projects end-to-end and aligning compliance approvals with historic preservation and municipal review boards.

I also ran daily operations at Mono Loco Studios, tracking budgets and capital improvement timelines for a 40-unit mixed-use property while resolving tenant and stakeholder issues across multiple concurrent renovations and maintenance projects.
