I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate end-to-end projects, keep data and CAD specs accurate, and improve workflows through SOPs and process optimization. I want a team that values clear communication and continuous efficiency.

I’m an operations professional with 10+ years across the construction and service industries, focused on estimating, order processing, billing, and installation support. I thrive on keeping project specs accurate, workflows clean, and communication clear from design intent through completion.

At California Closets, I coordinate end-to-end custom closet installation projects for residential clients and builder accounts. I act as the primary liaison between sales, field technicians, and installers, scheduling every phase in Salesforce, maintaining project documentation, and resolving scheduling conflicts and job site issues.

I’m also known for improving how teams work—rolling out and refining SOPs, standardizing workflows, and optimizing scheduling and communication.
