What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or project coordination role where I can improve workflows, support commercial projects, coordinate vendors and procurement, and continue building practical systems that make teams more efficient.

At Thistle Interiors, I supported $10K–$1M+ commercial projects, including Life Time Fitness locations and MetLife offices, through estimating, project tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination.

I managed 10–25 concurrent estimates and project items, reviewing drawings, schedules, and specifications to clarify scope, pricing, documentation, and follow-up needs. I also coordinated product pricing, samples, availability, and lead times across office staff, vendors, field teams, and management.

I build practical AI-assisted documentation workflows, verify outputs against source documents, and improve file organization, troubleshooting, and repeatable office processes. I also independently ran a local pressure-washing and snow-removal service, handling outreach, quoting, scheduling, delivery, and payments.
