What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote project coordination or assistant project management roles where I can keep construction timelines organized, manage budgets and documentation, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, and grow into long-term leadership.

I’m a project-focused operations professional with hands-on experience managing residential construction projects from planning through completion. I bring practical strength in scheduling, budgeting, vendor and subcontractor coordination, inspections, documentation, and client communication.

In my current role as an LLC Owner / Operations Manager (Independent Contractor), I manage residential home build projects end-to-end, from planning and estimating through inspections and final market listing. I keep project timelines on track by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers across multiple phases of construction.

I track budgets, estimates, labor, material costs, and overhead to help keep projects within budget targets, and I actively communicate with vendors and suppliers to protect delivery schedules. I oversee inspections, maintain organized project documentation, contracts, and financial records, and serve as the point of contact between subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.

Earlier, I supported operations through logistics and customer service—coordinating daily delivery routes as a Lumber Delivery Driver / Logistics Support and delivering front-line service at U-Haul International, including training new employees. I’m targeting remote project coordination and assistant project management roles with room for long-term growth.
