I’m looking for a people-focused HR leadership role where I can strengthen compliance and employee experience, improve HR operations and recruitment through process and analytics, and partner closely with leaders to support change and long-term workforce planning.

I’m a strategic HR leader with 10+ years of experience partnering with executives, managers, and employees to strengthen HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

I’ve built my reputation on guiding complex workplace matters, including leave and accommodation processes, investigations, and performance management—balancing employee support with risk mitigation and operational efficiency.

Most recently, as Manager of Human Resources, I led daily HR operations and supported organizational change through a corporate acquisition. I also served as a sole administrator for Leave of Absence, Workers’ Compensation, and ADA processes across 288 employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and a positive employee experience.

Previously, I led talent acquisition efforts at Jefferson Health by applying HR analytics to streamline offers and improve hiring outcomes. I’ve coached teams and hiring managers on performance improvement, conflict resolution, and career development, and I’ve implemented recruitment policies and process standards to strengthen consistency and compliance.
