What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting and improving multi-site infrastructure through systems administration, automation, endpoint management, security monitoring, and reliable IT service delivery.

At Smith Drug Company, I maintain enterprise systems for four distribution centers as a Tier II escalation resource, administering access, Microsoft 365, virtual machines, patching, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery.

I've built ConnectWise Manage service boards, workflows, reports, email connectors, and API integrations, while deploying PowerShell and batch automation through ConnectWise RMM to standardize support work. I also support distribution operations by deploying applications and updates to Honeywell CT60 Android scanners through Workspace ONE.

Across LifeH2H Solutions, After Hours Support, and Advance America, I've supported multi-site infrastructure, endpoint management, VMware environments, Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, backups, and remote technical support for more than 2,000 business locations.
