What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on IT roles focused on systems and endpoint administration where I can improve security, streamline patching and deployments, and collaborate across teams in remote, hybrid, or on-site environments.

I am a resourceful IT specialist with extensive experience supporting systems, endpoints, and users across healthcare, federal, and private sectors. I deliver reliable solutions in remote, hybrid, and on-site environments, from hospital floors to secure government networks.

My hands-on background includes systems administration for Windows environments, endpoint imaging and lifecycle management, patch management, and troubleshooting at Tier I–III levels. I have administered tools and platforms such as SCCM, BigFix, ServiceNow, VMware, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Policy while ensuring security and compliance including antivirus management and vulnerability remediation.

I consistently focus on performance optimization, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. I have supported P25 radio systems for federal clients, delivered clinical IT support in healthcare settings with HIPAA considerations, and provided managed services for small business clients, training users and improving operational resilience.
