I am a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of IT experience, specializing in the development and implementation of banking solutions and integrated AI automation. I lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and budget.

My background combines systems development and project leadership across both agile and traditional methodologies, with hands-on experience building product roadmaps, RFPs and enterprise banking products such as leasing, credit, trust and investment systems. I have extensive experience in end-to-end project life cycles, risk and change management, quality assurance and budget control.

Recently I have focused on AI and automation: designing Claude-based models for medical ICD-10 classification, building RAG chatbots and AI agents with n8n, and integrating vector stores like Supabase/Qdrant/Pinecone. I use modern ML and MLOps toolchains, cloud platforms and orchestration to operationalize models for real business impact.
