Hi, I’m Matías Pancorvo an entrepreneur, project manager, full-stack developer, and COO with over 10 years of experience leading teams and building digital solutions across healthcare, government, technology, and social impact sectors.

Founder of this award-winning healthtech startup that helps people with communication disabilities express themselves, recognized by Novartis Startup Summit, IDB, and Startup Olé. I led the product design, development, user growth, and strategic partnerships.

In EMSA I started as an intern and grew to become President & COO. EMSA develops management software for public institutions in Argentina, focusing on data privacy, efficiency, and open-source adoption. I spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and the integration of AI-driven processes.
