I currently work as an Independent Client Service Provider with Rover in Dallas, where I build and maintain a personal client base through trust-driven service and strong customer relationship management. I deliver consistent communication and updates, manage scheduling and service delivery, and set clear expectations to support satisfaction and retention.
Previously, I worked as an Associate at PetSmart, where I streamlined client onboarding, scheduling, and service inquiries through effective customer support. I improved customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining accurate service records, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational and service goals.
Beyond customer service, I bring marketing leadership to my work.
