I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own day-to-day support, resolve issues quickly, and improve retention through proactive communication, accurate documentation, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced team.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 4+ years of experience supporting customers across retail, hospitality, service, and client-facing environments. I manage high-volume customer interactions, resolve concerns professionally, maintain accurate records, and build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.

In my current Client Services & Operations Manager role, I manage 20–30 active customer accounts and handle 15–25+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and text, tackling scheduling issues, service requests, and documentation with a solution-first approach. Previously, I supported program clients with progress updates and recommended solutions, and I handled guest inquiries and reservations in a fast-paced setting, coordinating booking management with OpenTable and Google Reservations.
