I lead and develop a team of Client Success Coaches, providing ongoing training, support, and performance management while ensuring consistent, high-quality coaching across client accounts. I’m focused on driving client retention and satisfaction through engagement and measurable outcomes.

I maintain relationships with clients and deliver strategic marketing guidance and support. I oversee team delivery of monthly client touchpoints, reports, and actionable marketing insights and KPIs, using metrics to keep delivery aligned with company standards and client success outcomes.

Cross-functionally, I collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize the client experience, and support initiatives. When concerns escalate, I partner with leadership to drive timely resolutions with a retention-first mindset.

Before client success leadership, I held roles that strengthened my communication and operations foundation, including Marketing Manager and Client Communication/Administrative Support. I also bring technical clinic experience as a Veterinary Technician, which supports my ability to stay organized, empathetic, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
