I’m looking for a healthcare leadership role where I can drive physician recruitment, strategic partnerships, and market expansion—building long-term provider and client relationships while improving surgical center operations through measurable growth and strong teamwork.

I’m a Healthcare Business Development Executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience in physician relations, healthcare marketing, strategic partnerships, provider recruitment, and medical operations. I’m known for driving growth initiatives, cultivating long-term physician and client relationships, expanding regional accounts, and leading high-performing recruitment and marketing strategies across surgical centers and specialty healthcare networks.

As Director of Business Development & Physician Recruiting at Star Medical Center / Lumin Health (2016–06/2024), I led physician recruitment, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives for a rapidly growing multi-specialty surgical center network. I directed recruitment operations for physicians, CRNAs, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and specialty providers, and I collaborated with executive leadership and healthcare stakeholders to support long-term provider growth initiatives. I also managed staffing agency, vendor, and healthcare partner relationships while developing strategic recruitment and operational growth plans aligned with patient care excellence.

In parallel, I support growth through marketing and solutions leadership, including Marketing & Branding Manager at AutograftX (2017–Present) where I partner with physicians and surgical teams to improve OR efficiency through advanced medical solutions.
