I seek senior leadership roles where I can align talent strategy with revenue, scale recruitment operations, manage P&L, lead workforce modernization, and partner with executive/PE stakeholders for growth.

I am a healthcare workforce and growth executive with progressive leadership across clinical operations, talent acquisition, and telehealth expansion. I have led P&L responsibilities for multimillion-dollar platforms and built national recruitment divisions that scaled provider organizations and reduced vacancy exposure.

My experience includes directing large recruitment teams, integrating acquisitions, launching de novo clinical sites, and onboarding 200+ providers across 20 states. I have a track record of improving EBITDA through operational redesign and implementing KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to improve forecasting and margin visibility.
