Bei M3E betreue ich B2B-, Flotten-, Händler-, OEM- und Großkunden über den gesamten Kunden- und Projektlebenszyklus. Ich löse komplexe Service- und Eskalationsfälle und überführe Kundenfeedback in CRM-Prozesse, Standards und digitale Workflows.

Zuvor habe ich bei HelloFresh Customer-Service- und Logistikteams in DE/AT/CH geführt, den Schweizer Kundenservice in Berlin aufgebaut und mich vom Customer Care Agent zum Senior Team Lead DACH entwickelt.
