What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead change, organizational transformation, strategic planning, governance, and process-improvement work, particularly in multilingual and international business environments.

I've supported organizational transformation and change initiatives for the U.S. Air Force, FBI, and Accenture Federal Services, leading strategic planning, governance, process improvement, communications, and workforce development.

At Booz Allen Hamilton, I led workstreams supporting USAF IT leadership, developed five-year IT roadmaps, and trained more than 200 personnel across 20 divisions on a new cloud environment. Earlier, I helped the FBI digitize 1,740 paper contracts, oversee cleanup of 60,000+ records during an Oracle Momentum ERP migration, and deliver financial-system training across seven locations.
