Project Manager (PMP certified) with almost 15 years of experience in BPO and Technologies companies. I’m passionate about Continuous Improvement through the methodologies Lean, Six Sigma and BPM, I have great focus on Transformation projects, considering its three pillars (People, Process, Technology).
In my career I’ve conducted training at the Green Belt level for more than 50 people. Additionally, I developed training materials with content that promotes best practices and knowledge to engage people in process reengineering.
Today I work at IBM as a Transition Manager, being responsible for managing the BPO transition schedule and activities mostly in Financial and HR processes.
Previously, as a Process Specialist at Capgemini, I was one of the main responsible for planning the company’s Continuous Improvement strategy. Also, prioritizing projects aligned with this strategy, helping to reduce the company’s operating costs by an average of 10% per year, which annually reached R$ 3 million.
