I’m looking to help organizations redesign operations and commercial performance with data-driven management. I want to deliver transformation PMO outcomes, process optimization, and AI/automation that improves productivity, costs, and decision-making.

I’m a senior operations & business transformation consultant with more than 25 years leading operational optimization, strategic procurement, international sales, organizational transformation, and AI adoption. I specialize in process optimization, operational efficiency, vendor management, executive reporting, and running transformation PMO work from diagnosis through execution and monitoring.

Currently, I work as a freelance consultant helping organizations redesign operations, improve commercial performance, and implement data-driven management models—so AI and automation create measurable impact on productivity, costs, and decision-making. I’ve led cross-country optimization across 8 countries, implemented AI initiatives in operational and commercial areas, and built Power BI executive dashboards to strengthen KPI management and real-time performance visibility.
