I'm looking to lead governed, scalable operations where I can strengthen controls, manage risk and compliance, improve service delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams in complex or distributed environments.

I've led operations and implementation at Lennotech RW, Keller and Mueller Solutions, Mzigolink Limited, and Stoic Company Limited across East Africa. My work spans operational governance, compliance, risk management, service delivery, and distributed operations.

At Lennotech RW, I led recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, workflow standardization, and operational reporting while using ZOYE AI to support contracts, meeting summaries, reports, and routine communications with human oversight. Previously, I managed cross-border operations, designed scalable remote systems, and coordinated stakeholders to strengthen accountability and delivery.

I'm focused on building practical controls, clear SOPs, resilient workflows, and effective partnerships that improve customer experience and operational performance.
