I’m an Operations and business management professional with 7+ years leading teams, supplier networks, and customer-facing operations. I translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, then build the operational systems to make execution consistent across business functions.

In my current role as Operations Manager, I established workflows and operational systems to improve organization, accountability, and delivery. I also manage project coordination, maintaining dashboards, action trackers, risk registers, stakeholder databases, and decision logs to support oversight and executive decision-making.

Previously, as Founder & Operations Lead at Muasalat Limited, I drove execution across mobility, retail, and civic tech by coordinating partners, suppliers, and service delivery workflows. I managed supplier/partner relationships, tracked budgets and performance, and improved service reliability by identifying and resolving operational gaps.

Earlier, as Proprietor & Operations Manager for Smuff Whisky Bar and Restaurant, I led daily operations with a team of 20+ staff, strengthened customer experience, and improved profitability through inventory and supplier management.
