I support technology operations for a K–8 campus at Franklin Academy Charter Schools, serving 900+ students and 120 faculty and staff. I handle Active Directory administration, user onboarding/offboarding, and Windows endpoint deployment so classrooms stay online.

From imaging and configuring Windows workstations to managing Chromebooks, I troubleshoot daily issues across teacher setups and student devices. I also support Outlook and Microsoft Office administration, along with printers, VoIP phones, and instructional hardware.

For remote support, I work through Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, TightVNC, and VPN connectivity, using Windows troubleshooting tools to minimize downtime. I coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, replacements, and technology projects when needed.

Before education IT, I worked as a Field Service Engineer at Dell EMC, installing, upgrading, and repairing mission-critical storage platforms while diagnosing hardware and software issues. Earlier, I repaired and maintained biomedical equipment at Quality Medical Group, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
