What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support or IT role where I can troubleshoot systems and network issues, support end users, collaborate with technical teams, and continue growing through hands-on field and remote support work.

I've supported hospitals nationwide with IQVIA, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical and life science research equipment while documenting service work and escalating complex issues to engineering teams.

Previously at Excel Document Solutions, I resolved hardware, software, printer, permissions, and network connectivity issues remotely and on-site. I'm CompTIA A+ certified and focused on clear customer communication, practical troubleshooting, and reliable follow-through.
