I’m an IT Support Specialist focused on delivering reliable, user-first technology support across K-12 environments, corporate settings, and healthcare organizations. I balance competing priorities in fast-paced settings while staying grounded in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In school district roles, I’ve served as a primary go-to resource for staff and students—troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across multiple buildings.
