What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT role where I can manage endpoint deployment and administration, provide responsive user support, and contribute to reliable infrastructure in a collaborative team.

I am an IT professional with over 8 years in IT and more than 12 years in customer service, focused on delivering reliable technical support and infrastructure administration. I have served as sole site IT administrator, managing scheduling, vendor coordination, hardware installations, and help-desk resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.

My technical experience spans Active Directory, Office 365/Exchange, Azure, Intune, Teams Admin Center, Epicor, SAP, and Barracuda, along with hands-on work reimaging and deploying computers, configuring print and file servers, and installing label printers and peripherals. I have supported on‑site and remote environments across healthcare and manufacturing, troubleshooting laptops, desktops, IP phones, tablets, printers, and medical equipment.

I bring patience, strong customer-relations skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments, with additional strengths in backup processes, tape drive handling, device driver installation, and de-escalation of frustrated users.
