What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to apply enterprise IT, Epic support, network troubleshooting, and team leadership experience to reliable healthcare or large-organization technology operations.

I've supported enterprise IT and Epic patient-data environments at Grady Health System, serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer on the Epic Go Live team and supervising support staff addressing PC, server, and network issues for more than 2,500 employees. I also instructed users on medical software and PC application troubleshooting.
