I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can combine empathy, strong communication, and administrative support to streamline processes. I want to use tools like Trello and Asana to improve efficiency while delivering exceptional service.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Success professional with a proven track record in administrative support and streamlining day-to-day tasks. Tech-savvy and adaptable, I manage calendars and customer service workflows while using productivity tools like Trello and Asana to keep everything efficient and on track.

In my current role as an Assistant at Wakefield International School, I support the delivery of the British curriculum by helping with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and student progress tracking. Previously, at DOT HMO, I served as the primary contact for enrollees—resolving inquiries and complaints, managing medical data, and coordinating communication between healthcare providers and the HMO to ensure high satisfaction.
