I’m looking for a role where I can own fast-paced administration and customer support—using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and strong coordination—to handle enquiries, schedules, and confidential information while keeping operations accurate and customer-focused.

I’m a professional, personable customer service and administration professional with experience across reception, administration, hospitality, retail, and client-facing roles in Australia and internationally. I bring strong capability in appointment scheduling, phone and email communication, and handling confidential information in fast-paced administrative environments.

Most recently, I manage daily administrative operations for waste management services, including invoicing, purchase orders, data entry, and payroll support. I process customer enquiries over phone and email using Salesforce, reconcile accounts, maintain compliance and safety/environmental documentation, and ensure accurate reporting using Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Previously, I progressed from Trading Analysis Assistant to Team Leader, leading a team of 10 and overseeing a team floor of 40 agents. I supported staff training, scheduling, daily operations, customer escalations, and process improvements while working closely with managers and senior leadership.

I also bring practice operations experience from my role as Practice Manager for a psychology practice, supporting daily clinic operations and client coordination across multiple international locations. I managed client scheduling, billing, client communications, and hands-on experience with patient records and insurance processing.
