I’m a results-driven Customer Service Representative and Customer Support Specialist who supports international clients and online businesses with email support, chat support, and ticket management. I focus on fast, professional responses that protect customer satisfaction and strengthen communication between clients and teams.

In my current role, I manage customer inquiries through email and live chat while resolving complaints, scheduling conflicts, and operational issues. I maintain accurate customer records, ticket updates, and communication logs using CRM and productivity tools, and I support client onboarding with account setup guidance, process direction, and troubleshooting.

I also contribute as a Community Manager & Customer Support Associate, responding to student and customer questions across WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack communities. I guide users through course access, schedules, and community resources, and I coordinate announcements, reminders, mentorship sessions, and training updates to improve engagement and retention.

To make support more efficient, I’ve built workflow tracking and automation systems using Asana, Google Sheets, Airtable, Monday.com, and Zapier. I create weekly support reports and dashboards for operational visibility, automate repetitive follow-ups to reduce manual workload, and continuously improve support processes based on recurring customer concerns.
