I’m looking for a remote customer support and community role where I can resolve issues fast via chat/email, use CRM to drive retention, and help improve engagement—working with a team that values empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.

I’m a results-driven Customer Service and Community Support Specialist, focused on customer engagement, retention, and professional problem-solving across chat, email, and social platforms. I bring a strong communication and negotiation mindset, backed by a clear dedication to empathy and customer satisfaction.

In my current Community Moderator role, I manage customer and community interactions with high engagement standards, responding promptly to inquiries and complaints. I proactively support retention through timely communication, maintain organized interaction records, and collaborate with teams to improve customer experience strategies.

Previously, as a Freelance Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist, I delivered remote customer service support from 2023 onward—assisting with account concerns, issue resolution, and follow-ups. I used CRM and communication tools to manage conversations accurately, supported retention through relationship-focused messaging, and handled administrative coordination, scheduling, research, and customer onboarding support.

Earlier, I worked as an Administrative Support Assistant, where I maintained accurate records and reports and supported customer follow-ups and service delivery. With a B.A. in English and strong written and verbal English communication, I’m comfortable working independently in fast-paced remote environments while staying organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
