What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can resolve customer issues through written channels, improve support workflows and documentation, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

I've supported customers for Internflare, freelance clients, and Moon-Arc Realty through email, live chat, and CRM systems. At Internflare, I progressed from Intern to Team Lead to Supervisor within eight months and mentored more than 50 interns on customer communication and CRM usage.
